Vice Captain's – News of the week
We finally had some April showers!
Easter Pairs Results: The winning pairs Stableford score was 44 points! This was achieved by Trevor Prodger & Adge Hansell, they beat 3 other teams with scores of 43!
Easter Singles Results: Imagine getting 2 points from the first 3 holes and then 34 points from the next 15, including 2 birdies. A total of 36 points was enough for our very own Kev Brown. Congrats Kev! There is a moral here – Never Give Up.

Juniors: Our junior section run by Ryan and his team have an absolute star on their hands. Alex Romanowski, aged 9, has just won the Sussex Under 14’s at Chichester. He is now off to the World Championships in Ireland at Locheyrene. When Ryan was 14/15yrs old he played with the likes of Paul Casey and Justin Rose, Ryan said Alex is the best he has seen especially at the age of 9. Ladies & Gentlemen, we have all seen Tiger Woods and Rory as kids on telly, wouldn’t it be great to have our very own from West Hove. Remember the name and I know we will all be cheering him on. I’ll let you know how he gets on. P.S. I’m going to get his autograph!

Pro Shop News: June 20thOur very own Pro Shop Team, James, Jack & Gavin plus Head Greenkeeper Dean are playing 72 holes for the Macmillan Charity, any support and donations are welcome.

Course Updates: The team will be getting the course definition back this week now we have had some rain and the fertilisers that were spread everywhere have broken down. Anyone noticed how quick the greens are from the top dressing?
