STARTS WEDNESDAY 7th MAY
The 9 hole grand prix was introduced more than 20 years ago purely to encourage mid-week evening golf at the club. The competition goes from strength to strength, attracting 40+ players some evenings.
The bar and kitchen remain open until late on Wednesday nights ensuring all those that have entered the competition have the opportunity to eat following play should they wish.
You do not need to register/book in advance, simply turn up on the night, sign in at the screen and join the queue on the tee, if you're on your own, there are always people looking for a game.
PLEASE NOTE: Play is only allowed after 16:30.
Hope to see you on a Wednesday night!

If there is a tie for first place, there will be a play-off at the 9th hole after the Final. Tied players will chip to the pin from approx. 50 yards, and the nearest will gain the higher position.
- The prize fund will be used to buy trophies for the League, and the Final, and a light supper on that evening for all those who have played in 8 or more events. The remainder will be given out as prize vouchers on the evening of the Final. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 in the Final, and the League.
The number of prizes awarded will depend on the size of the fund. If the fund is large enough, prizes will be extended to lower positions.
