If you have signed up to play in any of the knock-out matches this year, PLEASE check your privacy settings on the Club V1 members' app to ensure that other members can access your contact information.

The office are still receiving requests from members requesting the telephone numbers and email addresses of others, however if you have not set your privacy settings to visible on the app, the office are not permitted to pass your details along! This makes it time consuming for members who want to arrange matches in knock out competitions.

To check your privacy settings:
Open the Club V1 members app on your smart phoine / tablet
>Open the MENU button (little lines in the top corner of the screen)
>Select "PRIVACY"
>Select the options (email / mobile as a minimum) you wish to be visible to other members if they need to access your contact details
>Press "SAVE" to retain these options
