We’re introducing a new competition here at Blyth golf club – the Summer Cup

The Summer Cup is a 9 – hole competition, played over 10 rounds on a Friday – ideal for a pre-weekend practice, or just a social knock followed by a drink or two on the terrace!

The format is individual Stableford played from the Yellow tees (gents) and Red tees (ladies) over the front 9. The competition is handicap qualifying. Naturally, members are welcome to continue the back 9 for those wishing to play 18-holes.

Booking is casual make-up-and-play with competition entry in the Pro-shop on the day. Anyone wishing to enter after 6pm may do so via the app and make payment in the bar – prior to play.
Entry fee is £1 per round, with optional sweep & two’s available in the shop.

Your 5 best scores over the 10 – rounds will count toward a league table with the top 5 places paying out.
