The label printer was damaged again this evening.
It appears that someone may have ripped the backing paper, causing a jam or seen that the printer is jammed and decided to removed the front of the printer to address the issue and, in doing so, damaged the feed button for the labels. As a result of this, hopefully a repair is all that is required this time and not a new printer.
We kindly remind everyone that, as stated on the printer, you should remove the label from the backing paper without ripping the backing paper itself. We understand that it may look messy at times, but the club would like to avoid further costs associated with purchasing or repairing printers.
Please leave the backing paper as it is, and the match secretary will handle it in due course.
Additionally, anyone found damaging club property, regardless of intent, will need to explain their actions to the committee.
Thank you for your understanding.
