AGC Junior Section
Golf Sixes
It was the final Golf Sixes event of the season on Sunday at Hamilton Golf Club. We finished the season on a high with a fantastic total of 116 points.
Congratulations to Lanark GC who are overall winners for 2025 and to our own Ruairidh Heron who won a golf foundation medal for hitting his teeshot at the first to 15 feet.
During the season we fielded 15 different under 12 players who all gained great experience, and more importantly had loads of fun. It shows the strength of our junior section and the strides we have taken over the last few years to build a junior section to be proud of.
As always thanks go to Junior Convenor Peter Russell, the human dynamo that is Ian Telford and all members, parents, grandparents and supporters that make these things happen :)
