Congratulations to Captain Colin and his wife Denise for putting on a fantastic Captains Weekend, with over 200 members partaking in the golf and social events, a great weekend was had by all.

Charity Money raised on the day thanks to the reffle ran by Denise Bentham and Louise Carlisle and a four ball sale in the clubhouse ran by Captain Colin was a magnificent £1,309 for the Captains charity which is a local branch of "Feeding Families" a very worthwhile charity.

The winner of the guess the balls prize goes to Gary Jones whose guess of 253 was closest to the actual 257 balls, winning a four ball at The Northumberland Golf Club.
