Annual General Meeting 2025
Friday 15th August
A reminder that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held on Friday 15th August at 7:30pm.
Those members entitled to attend and vote at General Meetings are Honorary Life Members, Life Members, Full and Young Adult Members; Student Members may attend but not vote. Dress code is jacket and club tie.
Following a change to the Club Rules last year, and to ensure that your voice is still heard, you now have the option to vote by proxy. This allows you to appoint someone else to vote on your behalf at the meeting. You may indicate how you wish your proxy to vote on each of the listed resolutions, or you can allow them to vote at their discretion.
To be valid, your completed proxy form MUST be received by the Office no later than 7.30pm on Wednesday 13th August 2025.
Forms (available from the hall table) can be either dropped off at the Office or emailed back as a scanned copy.
Please ensure you read the AGM papers and supporting information before submitting your votes. All information pertaining to the Special Resolutions can be found in the AGM folder on the Club V1 Members Hub.
