As many of you will know, our Head Chef, Dan, has recently left the club to pursue a career change, and our Second Chef has also moved on to another position. We are pleased to confirm that Nicky Berrow has now been appointed to take charge of our catering operation.
While we work to recruit additional kitchen staff, we will be operating with a reduced menu for the time being. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as our team works hard to manage this transition.
This weekend, the Halfway House will be open for a limited period, and we also hope to have a selection of cold sandwiches available from the clubhouse.
We will keep you updated on progress and thank you for bearing with us during this period of change.
