Board of Director - Vacancies
Ahead of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 11th December at 7:00pm, I would like to bring to your attention that two Director positions will be available for election:

1) Director of Membership and House
2) Director of Course

The role of Director of Membership and House is a new position, subject to the approval of Special Resolution 1 at the AGM. This resolution proposes an amendment to Article 18, to read as follows:

“The business and strategic management board shall consist of 6 members, including a Chairman and a Director of Finance. The Club Manager will also be a non-voting member of the Board.”

The current Director of Course, Chris White, will step down from his position at this AGM having served on the Board for six consecutive years.

Copies of these are also available on the Captain’s Noticeboard in the club foyer.

The closing date for applications for both positions is Monday 13th October at 7:00pm. Members wishing to apply are invited to do so by emailing: clubmanager@fulfordheathgolfclub.co.uk
