Racing success
Race night a charitable success.
Saturday 22nd Saturday was the annual charity Race Night organised once again by Phil Leadbeater and the Rabbits section.
The evening was great fun - with everyone getting involved with the betting, buying horses and sponsoring races.
The evening was hosted by Tickhill Lions who ran the book keeping, showed the races and kept the crowd under control.
The evening was to raise money for both the Lions and the Captains' charities. The final total donated to the Captains' charities was £574.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended, sponsored a race, bought a horse or donated raffle prizes. Thanks also to the Rabbits section and especially Phil for all their hard work in making the evening such a success.
We look forward to seeing you all again next year.
