Join us at Highwoods Golf Club for a sophisticated Valentine’s celebration. We are pairing the smooth, live musical talents of Tom Fitzpatrick with a meticulously crafted three-course menu for an evening of true elegance.

To Begin

Warm, Spicy Norfolk Crab and Avocado Thermidor, lovingly baked in a rich mustard and cheese sauce.

A whisper-smooth Potato and Leek soup, finished with an elegant chive cream swirl.

Beautifully roasted Pepper and Tarragon Asparagus, served with a decadent, buttery Hollandaise sauce.

The Main Affair

Succulent Pork Belly roasted until tender, paired with a tempting crisp crackling and a luscious cider reduction.

Delicate Cod with a parsley and garlic crust, served alongside blushing roasted cherry tomatoes and a morish lemon butter sauce.

Crispy golden Chicken Breast stuffed with Cheese and Ham, served with a rich red wine gravy.

Sweet Endings

Silky Coconut and Vodka Panna Cotta, drizzled with a vibrant and exotic mango coulis.

Golden Apricot and Amaretto cake, served with a sultry caramel sauce and whipped vanilla cream.

A wonderful, creamy white chocolate cheesecake swirled with the sweetness of strawberries.
