The Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, 18th February 2026 at 19:00 in the main hall of the clubhouse.

Important Deadlines:

Constitutional Amendments: Members wishing to submit motions to alter, amend or add to the Constitution should contact the Secretary as soon as possible. All motions must be received by 11th February 2026 to allow proper circulation to members

Committee Nominations: must be lodged with the Secretary by 4th February 2026

Committee Positions Available:
The Management Committee has spaces available and we are actively seeking members to contribute to the running of the club. The following specific positions are available:

Vice-Captain (for election at AGM)
Greens Convenor (for appointment at AGM)

We also welcome expressions of interest for additional Management Committee positions and sub-committee participation (Finance, Bar Operations, Course Management, Match Secretary, Social).
