Dear Members,

We would like to remind members that, as part of the tee booking process, it is mandatory for playing groups to check in at the Pro Shop before making their way to the tee.

From tomorrow, Saturday 31st January 2026, the Pro Shop will be marking attendance, with tee bookings and check-ins reviewed on a daily basis. Please note that at least one member of each playing group must check in at the Pro Shop prior to play. (8am/8:10am check-ins may have to do so after their round)

If no one from your group checks in, and the booking has not been cancelled, the group will be deemed not to have arrived. In such circumstances, online booking rights will be temporarily suspended in line with Club procedures.

It is unfortunate that we have had to take these steps. However, over the past few weekends we have experienced situations where members have been unable to secure a preferred tee time, only to arrive at the Club and find no players present on the tee.

This measure is intended to ensure fair access to tee times for all members and to improve the overall flow of play.
