Bothwell Castle Quaich 2026

Dear Fellow Golfer,
Firstly, I would like to thank you for your continued support of the Bothwell Castle Quaich.
I am pleased to confirm that the 2026 competition has been scheduled for Sunday 2nd August 2026 and has been restored to a 36-hole event. The event is an Order of Merit event in the Lanarkshire Golf Association calendar. Entry fee is £40 per player.
The tee sheet will go live on Saturday 7th March at 10am:
This year, the competition is open to players with a Handicap Index of 4.9 or less and will be strictly limited to 60 players, with first round tee times being available from 8.00am – 10.32am. Those entrants who have not been able to secure a time can contact us by email on bcgcquaich@gmail.com and we will place them onto a reserve list. They will be contacted if spaces become available.
The closing date for entries is Friday 24th July 2026. When booking online, you will need the following information:
· Name
· Handicap Index
· CDH Number
· Home Club
On the day of the competition, vouchers will be presented for scratch and net scores, with the winner receiving the Bothwell Castle Quaich trophy. There will be an optional sweep run on the day of the event.
