Just a quick update on the buggy garage demolition area.

The boundary has now been visited and assessed by a suitably qualified surveyor, which is an important step in allowing us to move things forward. We are also expecting the loss adjuster to visit on 31st March to assess the damage relating to the now-demolished garages.

You’ll have noticed the two skips currently sitting in the area. These will be removed shortly, so please avoid parking in front of them in case the lorry arrives to collect them and cannot gain access.

Once the skips have gone, the plan is to level and grade the area, which should allow us to create some additional temporary parking spaces as we tidy things up.

Your help in keeping the skips accessible will allow us to get the area cleared and improved as quickly as possible. Thank you, as always, for your cooperation.
