AGM Notice - Wednesday 15th April 2026
Attached with today's latest news email is the formal Notice of the AGM of Bognor Regis Golf Club (a Company Limited by Guarantee), which will be taking place on Wednesday 15th April 2026 at 6.30 pm in the Clubhouse.
All members attending the AGM this year, will receive one free drink from the bar on arrival. You can collect a voucher from the sign in desk when you arrive.
As previously advised, we have two vacancies for election to the Board. We have four candidates, and they are; Jayne Barrett, Janet Carter, Richard Doherty (who is standing for re-election) and Sharon Reynolds. Attached with today's latest news email are copies of their nomination forms. You can read each candidates relevant experience and their reasons for standing for election on the nomination forms.
As we have four candidates for two spaces there will be a vote on the night to determine who is elected. As per our Articles of Association, we have proxy voting should you not be able to attend the AGM. The proxy voting form is attached. Please note, the cut off for submitting proxy voting forms is 5 pm on Monday 13th April. Please also note, only golfing members are entitled to vote.
The accounts for 2025 are still being finalised. We hope to be able to send them out via email next week.
