Preferred lies
Preferred lies will still be in operation for tomorrow's competition, so it's preferred lies everywhere but not bunkers or hazards. The bunkers that have recently had the sand replaced will be classed as GUR.
Mats MUST be used on the fairways but can also be used in the rough if you wish.
