Placing on Fairways
This is now off for qualifying rounds
As we are now in May, there will be no placing (on fairways or anywhere else) in competitions or any round that is going to contribute to your handicap. The owners rightly encourage everyone playing social golf to continue with placing in order to look after the course. But you must not do so in any competition or general play rounds until further notice (in the autumn).
Anyone moving their ball in a competition is liable to be disqualified.
