Gents Air Ambulance Overall After 16 weeks of competitions, the Gents Air Ambulance for the 2026 season has now concluded. A big thank you to all participants in this year’s competition who helped us raise £1,200 for Yorkshire Air Ambulance. This takes our cumulative fundraising total to over £11,500! August 15 – Rabbits NERGA Congratulations to our team who came second in the NERGA competition at Scarborough North Cliff. This was a fantastic result beating some tough competition and taking us into 1st place overall AND securing Bedale Rabbits a place in the Final in September. Special mention goes to Mark Brown with an amazing 43 points and Mike Edwards with 39 points. Chas Luchford, Graham Lilley and Nick Baker also each got 38 points! The other team members followed closely. This has been a long, tough campaign with many members contributing over the months. It was truly a team effort and my thanks go to everyone who took part. August 16 – Bedale Juniors v Skipton The Bedale Junior Team took a trip away to Skipton in the Harrogate Union Matchplay league. We had a fantastic 8-4 win.
